collage_work

Back in Leeds for year 2 and we started by developing our summer 'collections'. I decided to go down the path of photo collage and looked at artists such as David Hockney (below).


However, whilst I was looking for more artists and photographers I stumbled across Annie Yu. Who likes to cut & paste, making zines and collages as well as scribbling in her journal all day. Below I have added some of her collages. I like the different elements and sketches she includes, but it also the way in which she manages to put the pieces together as one large composition I love.

pret_a_manger

Whilst in Gatwick Airport waiting for my flight we stopped for some food in pret a manger and I loved the napkin I was handed....(yes I took it holiday and all the way back, just so I could take a photo of it for my blog!!)

cafe_rouge

Over the summer I was treated to a lovely lunch in cafe rouge. Whilst i was in there I noticed these extra menus......

I just love the flexibility of this menu, along with the style and colours selected. I believe it works very well and is definitely in fitting with the rest of cafe rouge.

packaging

I am simply putting these images up on my blog as I love the style of packaging involved in wrapping a small eye shadow!
